This body of work was inspired by my parents’ photography from their many trips to South Africa on photo safari. I grew up seeing the images they would bring back with them and always felt connected to the magical beasts from faraway lands. There is just something so sweet about this big guy. I’m glad he found an Oxpecker friend to walk through life with.
