This series of work was inspired by my exploration of combining my love of animal painting and abstract elements. These mixed media pieces incorporate raw wood panels, Flashe vinyl paint, gold or silver leaf, graphite, oil paint, and are all topped with resin. Phew, that’s a lot of layers! They look great individually or as a grouping of your favorites.
