This body of work was inspired by my parents’ photography from their many trips to South Africa on photo safari. I grew up seeing the images they would bring back with them and always felt connected to the magical beasts from faraway lands. Ironically, I purposely cultivated a wardrobe that doesn’t require pressing... My friend suggested the title and I thought it fit beautifully.
